I want to live here…this used to be the soldiers quarters on Sullivan’s Island.
They’ve been converted into gorgeous town homes. This is the model. It was closed, so I couldn’t get upstairs.
Pardon the glare…I was pushing my camera up against the window to avoid it as much as possible.
I really want this kitchen.
Look at the detail…love it!
Look at the ceiling…and…those floors. My heart palpitates!
And I want this all the way around my house.
And I want to see the sunset on the ocean every night.
Most of all, I want my friend Josue to be OK. He is one of the teacher’s from Guatemala and he had a heart procedure today. He is the real reason I went to Charleston. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

I live in charleston, and sullivan’s island is one of my favorite spots. It is so serene and peaceful. I’m sorry you had to visit under such stressful circumstances, though.
I love the old character in those townhomes! It looks so cozy…like I could just move right in and be right at home!

I wish that currently military housing looked that nice! My dad was stationed in Charleston twice when I was growing up. I always loved the city. It’s so beautiful and historic. The architecture is amazing.Nice blog.
