Easy Tray Transformation! What you’ll need:
- ugly tray
- 1 can of Krylon gray primer spray paint
- 1 can of Krylon gray gloss spray paint
- stencil from Jones Design Company
- white paint pen
First, I scraped the gorgeous leopard picture off with a razor, then sanded the inside just a bit. Taped the handles and sprayed the primer on. Then I sprayed the gray paint on. I shrunk the stencil to a smaller size and printed it on cardstock, then traced it onto the tray with a pencil. I used my white paint pen to trace over it and that was it! Super easy!
Pretty! I love Jones Design Co.
I LOVE this! You are so creative!
This is beautiful. I'm really into gray and white lately.
What a great transformation! Love it!
This is a great project. I have a tray I would like to transform. Jones Design Co is awesome.
The tray turned out gorgeous!
Beautiful tray, it looks like it should be in the West Elm catalog. Thanks for sharing.
Love this tray!!! Beautiful.
By the way, I'd steer clear of the Miracle Method counter tops! I had them spray my yellow 70's ceramic tile walls in the bathroom of my old house and it looked so much better; however, in the shower, I could not use regular cleaners to clean with because the chemicals ate the paint off. 🙁
Your tray looks fabulous!
I used that stencil pattern from Jones Design Co. for a wall in my foyer and love it.
This is so great. I've got a tray I could use! Although, why you'd want to cover over that beauty of leopard, I don't know! 😉
That is so pretty! I am going to talk about your blog laster this week, getting more inspiration as I begin working on another slipcover project. Your ideas were so helpful last time I worked on such a project!
