I received my October Country Living Magazine a couple of days ago! Do i think it’s too early for Halloween? No. I can hardly wait for September 1 to pull out my big plastic Orange and black bin full of fall and Halloween decorations! My friend across the street just gave me the cutest little Halloween candles she made. You can find the directions here. Simple and Easy. I love the colors orange and black and can’t wait to do up my front porch for fall. We are in a new house this year. The excitement abounds!

Don’t forget the monogrammed crow! Hopefully this is not too much monogramming! But really, can you ever have too much monogramming? No. We southern gals like our monogramming.
Last year, I made this “BOO Y’ALL” apron and gave it away. I think I’ll make some more. Would you even want this??
One of my favorite treats for fall is this yummy Ben & Jerry’s Limited Edition Pumpkin Cheesecake icecream. Mmmm!

I can’t wait to make these paranormal portaits and to see what everyone else is up to. So…are you ready for Fall / Halloween? or Am I just the crazy Halloween lady?
I am feeling ready for Halloween too! I am always so excited for the October issue of CL to come. It is my favorite.
I love your porch!Thos monogram projects are great! We have a covered front porch this year and I am so excited about decorating it!
I can't wait for Halloween!!!!
I L-O-V-E the apron…
So cute and soooo southern!!!
I would definitely want one.
You're right.
Us southern girls do love a good monogram.
I love that apron! Gotta have an apron for every holiday!
I can not wait for Halloween! Love monograms too! I am sure I have monogram overload in a couple of different places. *smiles*
I love your front porch…so cozy and makes me want to grab a quilt and sit down with a big latte from Starbucks!
The link for the candles isn't working.
Wow…your M pumpkin is sharp looking! I tried it last year, but I either had a bumpy lumpy pumpkin or shouldn't be trusted with paint.
I posted about Halloween too this morning…knocked off a Pottery Barn costume! http://littleoneofakinddesign.blogspot.com/2009/09/pb-kids-peacock-costumeknock-off.html
Love that apron. I have a friend who would love this too! Great decorations, you have inspired me!
I LOVE the apron!!!! I need one for every holiday. Can us amateurs make them without a sewing machine?
p.s. You can never have too many monograms.
nope, you are DEFINATELY not the crazy halloween lady. I started decorating a few weeks ago. I have pics up on the blog if you'd like to take a look! I even already had a halloween giveaway! LOL, i'm probably the crazy halloween lady! I love your monogrammed crow, I saw that project and made a similar one for myself, I don't think I could remember where I saw it at the time, but that's up on the blog somewhere too! Thanks for all of your inspiration!
Hilarious “paranormal pics.”!
Yes, I'm VERY ready for this upcoming fall…….so fun!!
love your decorations!!!
Love all your fun decorations!
Have a wonderful day!

I am right there with ya!! I love love love this time of year. It renews me. I too got my CL magazine in the mail and loved the creepy photos with the eyes glowing. I just redid a fall wreath and blogged about it. I must do some of your monogramming. It looks so good!
Honey, I am DYING to get out my decorations! Don't tell the hubs but I bought 2 more straw-like pumpkins this week! And I just picked up 2 l/s black t-shirts to do some of your inspired freezer stencils.
If it's September 1st can I pull them out???
You have me absolutely and utterly inspired! LOVE all your decorations and, yes, please make some more of your darling aprons! I must try that ice cream…
(My pumpkins are out, too.:) ) Lori
Fun!! I'm not really into Halloween, esp. the spooky stuff, but I am having fun dressing my girls up and hopefully taking them to ToT this year for the first time. 🙂 I want to do more with pumpkins this year, and ai LOVE your projects. I think the “Boo Y'all” apron is to die for!
I'm a summer girl through and through, but after receiving my Country living, I was a little more excited about Fall.
I love it all….can I order one of those Boo apron's, seriously.
Oh man, your post made me ready, that's for sure!!!!
I was thinking today of the monogrammed crow sign and wondering where I had seen that last year! So glad you showed it again this year.
I love the old family portraits from CL. Might have to give that a try this year!
Ohhh Im so excited for Halloween. Its my favorite non christian holiday. Like, out of the ones where you dont celebrate Jesus. Anyway, yes, I am excited to be trying all kinds of different crafts this year. I got a better homes and gardens Halloween magazine from the store a couple of days ago and yes I have read completely through it three times. Im having a hard time not going and decorating right this minute. Happy Halloween!

I haven't been able to find the font you used for the monogram. Would you mind sharing that info?
Thanks,
Pat B.
Pat B.,
The Apron Font is “Love Letter”. The font on the Bucket and pumpkin is “curlz”. Have Fun!
